Dwayne Gregory

Dwayne is from Los Angeles California and has over 20+ years of experience in Japan working with many of the top 200 companies ranging in industries from Banking & Finance to Pharmaceuticals. He specializes in Leadership & Talent Development training and is an energetic and creative group facilitator. He has a passion for leading sessions in leadership, teamwork, innovation, and cross-cultural development focusing on diversity and inclusion.

Dwayne has created courses and seminars on Working in Global Teams, Effective Global Communication, and Culture & Diversity training. He has spent a large part of his time in Japan coaching C-Suite Executives headed to many of the top overseas Executive Education programs such as Harvard AMP, Columbia, and IMD. He has also created and developed many E-learning courses for Business Skills Training.

Dwayne holds a B.A. degrees from UCLA in Sociology & Communications. He has certifications in Conflict Resolution and is a licensed Intercultural Readiness Check coach.
