We are based in Japan but work with clients - both in-person and virtually - across the Asia-Pacific region and globally.

We deliver in English, Japanese, and bilingual format. If you have additional language requirements, please contact us directly to discuss. We have a broad network of partners who can support delivery in other languages.

We work with individuals, teams and larger groups. The maximum number of participants will depend on the content and objectives of a particular session - for online programs we often work with groups of 10~16 people, but for in-person sessions or larger groups we can work as a team of facilitators to accommodate up to 100 participants.

In the 20+ years we've been doing this work we have worked with every level of participant, from new graduates through to CEOs. Our work in recent years focuses mainly on Executives and senior leaders or middle managers.

We have some tried-and-tested content that has been successfully helping our clients for many years. However, we always start by listening to your real needs and challenges, then we adapt that content to ensure it delivers the outcomes you are looking for. We also build unique, tailor-made programs for clients who have specific needs or requests.
