• Build self-awareness and develop inclusive leadership mindset and behaviours in participants

• 1-day Face-to-Face or online workshop

• Post-session peer groups

• Multicultural participants from Japan and around the world

• Delivered bilingually (English/Japanese)

Outcome

• Leadership culture transformation across entire mid~senior level of the organization

• Over 1500 participants / 100 sessions to date

• Program expanded to include Team Leader level from Year 2

• 累計1500名以上が参加／セッション数100回以上（現在も継続中）

• プログラムは2年目以降、チームリーダー層にも拡大
