• Multicultural participants from Japan and around the world

• Delivered bilingually (English/Japanese)

Outcome

• Leadership culture transformation across entire mid~senior level of the organization

• Over 1500 participants / 100 sessions to date

• Program expanded to include Team Leader level from Year 2
