  • In-depth consultation and planning sessions with team leaders

  • Individual interviews with each team member

  • 4-day off-site for whole IT leadership team (including some sessions with external stakeholders) in Japan

  • 3 x monthly small group coaching sessions

  • 4-day follow-up off-site for whole IT leadership team, incorporating Insights assessment
