Mana Tomitori

Mana is a bilingual (Japanese/English) executive coach and facilitator, who grew up in Germany and studied in US. She has worked in the field of corporate Learning & Development over 20 years including global luxury brands in fashion and cosmetics. Not limited to countries and cultures, her passion is to transcend our own borders for a better self, team, organization and the world, and to help cultivate mindsets that last.

Mana is a certified coach and a trainer associates in NLP and holds a degree in Cross-Cultural Education in Sophia University. She runs her own company, and delivers executive coaching as well as workshops bilingually in the field of leadership, team effectiveness, and innovation & creativity for global firms in Japan and overseas.  She is also an external facilitator for IDEO Tokyo.
