Ondray Holness is a Professional Communications Specialist who has experience working with companies in Japan, Europe and South America. A former marketing manager in the publishing industry, Ondray has been assisting companies to develop the communication skills of their employees for more than 20 years, working with individuals at all levels, including CEO and board member levels.

He holds qualifications in Communication & Culture, Marketing and Management

He has worked with and continues to work with a range of organisations including Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Coca-Cola, New Zealand Olympic Team, Tokio Marine, NEC and the global restaurant chain Subway.

In addition, he is a professional photographer, copywriter, and a speaking test examiner for IELTS.
