Stephen Parent

Originally from Canada, Steph has worked in N.A., Europe and Asia in a diverse range of industries such as banking, education, publishing, consulting and NGOs. He believes to achieve the impossible, individuals and organizations must unleash the potential within to innovate and transform. ‘Knowing’ is not enough – true leadership closes the knowing-doing gap to take action and deliver successful results.

Steph is certified in Silicon Valley Technology Entrepreneurship from the TVLP Institute Silicon Valley, has an Intercultural Readiness Check Certification and holds a degree in ESL/Education from the University of Ottawa.

Based in Japan since 2002, he has co-founded 3 organizations and currently consults large, global companies around employee engagement, intrapreneurship, team effectiveness and is committed to helping organizations solve world problems profitably, and thus sustainably, for people and planet.
