Takemasa Fujii

Co-founder & joint-chief of Reconnect inc. / Global Perspectives Ecosystem Partner

Originally from Nagoya City in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, Fujii-san spent his teenage years in the United States. He is a graduate of Keio University and earned his master's degree from Hitotsubashi University (MBA).

He has previously held various in-house roles at 3M Company, including B2B and B2C marketing, Sales, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Global Learning Facilitator. More recently he founded his own consultancy, Reconnect Inc., and is also an Ecosystem Partner with Global Perspectives K.K.

Fujii-san is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, and is passionate about helping organizations cultivate a vibrant and creative atmosphere.
